What is this website about?

With all that is going on at the moment, the presence and significance of the media in our life is vividly visible. News, journals, Instagram posts and other media platforms are a constant companion in this time of uncertainty. When it comes to the media, there is a lot going on behind the scenes that we are not aware of. We consume media in different formats, but often do not realize in what ways it is influencing us. Due to our university classes in mass media in digital contexts we got some "training" in understanding modern media better. 
Furthermore, as all of you guys, we have no idea about what is currently going on in the world and want to share our personal experiences, thoughts and analysis about this crazy time.
